We have a legal responsibility to provide the following information to clients.

5.  How long we keep the data for

6.  How people can request access to, or correction or deletion of, their data

7.  How to complain to the ICO

8.  Whether we make automated decisions or do profiling based on the data we hold

9.  Whether we publish this information on any leaflets, posters or websites you use

 

2.    The information we provide to clients

To comply with the above we provide the following information

1.Rackheath Pool, The Pool Manager

2.  Contract – we hold the information as part of the procedure of agreeing a contract withthe client

3.  We only obtain data from the client concerned

4.  We do not share the data with anyone

5.  We keep the records indefinitely (unless asked not to do so by the client) as theclient may re-book any time in the future

6.  Clients can email or write to us to obtain a copy of the information we hold about them

7.  A link is provided on emails  ico.org.uk

8.  We do not make automated decisions or do profiling based on the data we hold
